Welcome to the conceptclothing.co.uk website terms and conditions.
Please read through them carefully before placing your order.
By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to
be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read
our Privacy Statement regarding personal information provided by you.
Before placing an order, if you have any queries relating
to these terms and conditions, please email our customer service team

We may change these terms from time to time without notice to
you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. |

1.1 Delivery Information and Costs |

United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland
Standard £4 delivery charge
Express £5 delivery charge (UK only)
Standard delivery is free for orders over £90

1.2 Delivery Times |
|
Standard
For mainland UK and the Republic of Ireland we deliver 5 days
a week - Monday to Friday.
We aim to deliver within 3 working days following
the date your order is placed. For orders placed between 12 noon on a
Thursday and midnight Sunday (or UK bank holiday if applicable), we aim
to deliver within 4 working days. If you are not in when our couriers
first try to deliver they will take your order back and then attempt to
deliver 2 more times on different days.
For International sales, we aim to deliver within
5 working days following the date your order is placed.
Express (UK only)
For mainland UK we aim to deliver the next day if your order
is placed before noon (12pm), Monday to Thursday. For orders placed
between 12 noon on a Thursday and the end of Sunday (or bank holiday
if applicable), we aim to deliver within 2 working days.
A signature is required on delivery. If you are not
in when our couriers first try to deliver they will take your order back
and then attempt to deliver 2 more times on different days.
If your order is for delivery to Northern Ireland
or the Highlands and Islands, please allow extra time for delivery.
Times quoted are Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) or British Summer
Time (BST) (as applicable). |

1.3 Delivery Areas |
|
Conceptclothing.co.uk delivers to all United Kingdom, Republic of
Ireland and International addresses.
Conceptclothing.co.uk classes the United Kingdom as
Scotland (including the Highlands and Islands), England, Northern Ireland,
and Wales. |

1.4 Delivery Address Options |
|
We will be unable to change from a residential delivery address
to a business delivery address once the order has been dispatched.

1.5 Tracking your Order |
|
For Standard delivery (UK only)

Mail and use the tracking number provided in your dispatch email.
For Express Delivery (UK only)

Mail and use the tracking number provided in your dispatch email.
Having trouble tracking your order? We can help! You
can also email us at ordertracking@conceptclothing.co.uk with
the date your order was placed, your reference number for each order, your
full name, billing address and phone number. We will check your order status
and send you an update.
Alternatively, call our store on 01224 635268 with the information
above and they will update you on the status of your order.
For Overseas Delivery:
Unfortunately we are unable to offer order tracking at this time,
but you can raise any queries by contacting our store on 01224 635268.

1.6 Payment Options |
|
We accept Visa, Delta/Connect, Visa Electron, Maestro*, MasterCard,
MasterCard Connect and Solo cards.
Your credit card will only be charged once the goods
have been dispatched to the delivery address. We will email you
to confirm dispatch.
All prices are inclusive of UK VAT at the current
rate and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the
system. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered
plus the delivery charge.
Further information for overseas customers
The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject
to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card
company. Customers outside the United Kingdom will also be liable
for any import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local
requirements. You are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements
before placing an order.
*We are unable to accept international Maestro cards.

1.7 Credit Card Validation |
|
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and
authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment
card refuses to or, does not for any reason, authorise payment then we will
notify you by email and not dispatch the order.
In assessing your request for goods or services, we may use your
information for the purposes of the prevention and detection of fraud.
One of the purposes for which we may disclose your address and postcode
details is to check against the IMRG Security Alert or any other Fraud Prevention
Scheme. At all times where we disclose your information it will remain
secure. If you believe your details are incorrect you may correct
those details by following the procedure set out in our privacy policy. (View the privacy policy).

1.8 Returns |
|
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply
return the item or items to us in their original condition*
within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund upon
receipt and examination. If you require a different product
you will need to place a new order online and return the original item for
a refund. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless you have received a
faulty or wrong item from us.
Due to technical processes used, it is imperative
that each individual garments’ washing
instructions are adhered to exactly as stated on the care label.
Each garment is wash-tested thoroughly and quality-control checked
on each production batch prior to leaving supplier.
We will not entertain returns that have been soiled, torn or
damaged due to incorrect washing.

* Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure
that you are not wearing aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent
or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return
of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been
followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any
enclosed documentation. |

1.9 Returns to Store |
|
For your convenience, customers can go to the store with your returns.
Please ensure that you take your despatch note with you as
your proof of purchase. You will also require the card that was used to
purchase the order online. If you are not the cardholder for the order,
they will need to be present at the time of return to store to accept the
refund back onto their credit / debit card.

1.10 Returns by Post (All Countries) |
|
If you are returning a non-faulty item
to us for a refund, then the cost of returning the item to
us is your responsibility.
Please note, the item is your responsibility until
it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend:
• You send the parcel using a delivery service
that insures you for the value of the goods
• Ask the Post Office for a proof of posting certificate and retain
it for your reference. The Post Office will stamp this and supply
a tracking reference number starting with the letters PA to prove
the item(s) have been returned. Without this we cannot refund any money if
we do not receive the returned items.
If the item you received is faulty or
is not what you originally ordered, please e-mail returns@conceptclothing.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of
the product, and details of the fault/ mistake. We will then
advise on how to proceed with the return.
The refund will be processed
once your goods are received at our store. Please note that it
may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account.
Each item returned is refunded separately, and will show on your statement
as a refund / credit from Concept. You will be refunded onto
the card that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before
we process your refund please contact our store on 01224 635268 with your
order number, postcode and new card details.
You can call our store on 01224 635268, we will be
open everyday (excluding Christmas Day and New Years Day) with opening
hours as follows:
• 10.00 till 18.00 – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday
• 10.00 till 20.00 – Thursday
• 09.00 till 18.00 – Saturday
• 12.00 till 17.00 – Sunday

1.11 Returning Goods Bought as Special Offer |
|
If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount
offer (for example 'buy 2 for £20.00') you will be refunded the full
price of that item less the total discount given in the offer.
If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount
you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.
For combination purchases ("buy one get on free" or "get the
lowest priced item free"), you must return any free items or vouchers
back for us to process a refund. |

1.12 Returning Goods which are Faulty or Wrong Item |
|
If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally
ordered, please e-mail returns@conceptclothing.co.uk quoting
your order number, your name and address, details of the
product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a
replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Alternatively
you can return them to our store.
Please allow 2 working days from receipt of a return
for us to process a refund. Once a refund is processed you will
receive an email confirming this (the email will be sent to the same email
address as your order confirmation email was sent). After receiving the
return confirmation email, please allow a further 5-10 working days for
the refund to be credited to your account.
This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer
and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same
card with which you made your original purchase. If for any reason
this is not possible, (i.e. the card had been declined or has expired)
we will send a cheque to your billing address. |

1.13 7 Day Cooling Off Period |
|
In addition to our returns policy, under the
Distance
Selling Regulations you have seven working days (beginning
the day after receipt). We will provide a full refund but you must return
the cancelled items to us at your cost. If we do not receive the cancelled
items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.

1.14 Refunding the Delivery Charge |
|
If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty,
damaged, of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose,
we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive
that item unless it was sent to you with other items which
you are not returning. We will also refund the delivery charges if you are
an EU customer cancelling your purchase within the seven-day cooling off
period.

1.15 Statutory Right |
|
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

1.16 Product Information |
|
We have made every effort to accurately represent the items in
our photography. However, as we have no control over our
customers’ monitor settings
(colours, resolution, etc.) we cannot guarantee colours will
be exactly as they appear on our website. Furthermore, some
of the items we sell have a ‘vintage’ or ‘distressed’ finish
which commonly have some variety in production.
All sizes and
measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort
to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise
stated, sizes indicated are UK sizes. Please refer to the size guide for
clarification.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all
details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the
website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered
onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where
product information has been mis-published including prices and
promotions.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices
are inclusive of UK or Republic of Ireland VAT (as applicable).
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay
between the time when the order is placed and the time when the
order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items
may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock
before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible
and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
We continually update our online store. From time
to time our retail stores may run special local promotions (which may
not be available on our web-site) or we may offer special discounts
online that are not available in the retail stores. Some website
promotions may not be available to customers in particular jurisdictions. |

1.17 Purchase of Products |
|
When you place an order on our website we shall email you acknowledgement.
Our acceptance of an order does not take place until dispatch
of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be
made and you will be charged.
Note: Once you have checked out and your order has
been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your
order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the
confirm button.
Any discounts triggered by the entry of a promotional
code will not be applied until the order is accepted but will be detailed
on the invoice.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an
order may, for example, result from one of the following:
> The product ordered being unavailable from stock
> Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
> The identification of an error within the product information, including
price or promotion
If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you.
We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at
any time.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is
within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order
and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part
we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party
procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or
ordering from the website.
Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance
with your rights under the Distance
Selling Regulations. If the item
has been dispatched simply use the freepost returns label to
return the goods to us for a full refund. |
